Concerned Citizens Coalition of Stockton is made up of organizations and individuals working together to study government actions and inform the public. It does not support or oppose any candidate or political party.
Representative government in our Democracy serves to meet the execution of those measures necessary for the safety and benefit of the People it serves.
Our purpose is to both support our representatives and to be vigilant in assessing their actions. In the event that any action be controversial, the People, from whom all power derives, must intervene by discussion, persuasion and, if necessary by other means.
NOTE: The Principles are a concept of government. They serve two functions: direction for program and a basis for taking action.
